1. Who we are
AAA Digital & AI Studio ("we", "us") is the digital and AI unit of AAA Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202343750G), a company in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when you use this website or contact us.
2. What we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your name and mobile number as shown in WhatsApp, and the content of your messages, including any files or photos you send.
- When you email us: your name, email address and the content of your email.
- When you use the chat widget: the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address and your message. The chat may be answered by an AI assistant.
- When you browse: our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
This site has no sign-up or subscription forms at present. If we add one, it will link to this notice and ask for your consent.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To understand your needs and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep records of our communications with you.
- To keep this website running and secure.
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and in line with the PDPA's Do Not Call provisions.
4. Who we share it with
- LeadConnector (HighLevel): provides the chat widget on this site. What you type in the chat is processed by LeadConnector on our behalf. The widget only loads after you tap "Chat".
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes technical data to deliver and protect it.
- Our email provider: stores emails you send to us.
- AAA Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.: our parent firm, where needed to provide the services you ask for.
Fonts on this site are hosted by us, so no font requests go to Google. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to make sure your data gets protection comparable to the PDPA.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
6. Your choices
You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing enquiry@aaacorpsvc.com. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue helping with your enquiry, and we will tell you if that is the case.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
